- Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept returns, we want you to love your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and make it right if the issue is due to a production or shipping error.
